Your activity as an admin on the server will be monitored based on your presence on the server and Discord, activity on the forum (such as responding to admin slot requests, etc.), as well as your behavior. These considerations can lead to upgrades or downgrades, so there is no need for you to request them. The server administration will make the decision.
I will detail below how your activity will be tracked:
Activity on the forum:
Posting bans in the banlist.
Providing well-reasoned responses with pros and cons, along with the mandatory reason, for giving verdicts on admin/slot/unban requests.
Your involvement in the Discussions & Support section, such as proposing maps, plugins, etc.
Your activity in the [FURIEN] ADMINS ONLY section.
Activity on Discord:
Time spent online on our Discord server
Honoring user requests to have an admin join the server when needed.
Interaction with server members.
Activity on the server:
Time spent on the server
Your actions and involvement as an admin to maintain order and a pleasant atmosphere on the server.
Your language and attitude toward players.
Your skills in using admin commands and overall server functionality.
Your interaction with other admins.
All of these three points mentioned above will be taken into consideration when deciding whether to upgrade or downgrade your rank. The decision and review of your activity will be made exclusively by the server's founders. Therefore, there is no need to request upgrades or downgrades, as only the founders have the authority to decide, and spamming with messages like "Can I get a higher rank for admin?" will not help your case at all.
